| Description: | Maintain all hotel resort maintenance needs. Heating, plumbing, electrical and handyman functions. Maintain time log for all work. Report to rooms and repair maintenance calls. Other duties as assigned.

| Duties: | Good mechanical aptitude.general knowledge of carpentry, heating, electrical, painting, drywall and finishing. Able to operate power tools. |
| Qualifications: | Able to lift 40+ lbs, walk, bend and stand for long periods of time. Able to perform repetitive tasks. |
