| Duties: | Maintain all hotel resort maintenance needs. Heating, plumbing, electrical and handyman functions. Maintain time log for all work. Report to rooms and repair maintenance calls. Other duties as assigned. Good mechanical aptitude, general knowledge of carpentry, heating, electrical, painting, drywall and finishing. Able to operate power tools.

| Qualifications: | Able to lift 40+ lbs, walk, bend and stand for long periods of time. Able to perform repetitive tasks. |
