| Duties: | Oversees entire waitstaff, acts as a liason between management and conference attendees and leaders. Provides cocktail and table service for sit-down and banquet functions. Performs side work, set-up and tear-down. Keeps work area clean and neat. Provides service for receptions and coffee breaks. Knowledge of table service. Must be friendly and courteous and enjoy working with the public while providing the highest quality experience. |
| Qualifications: | Able to lift and carry 40+ lbs on a cocktail tray. Able to bend, stoop, and be on feet for along periods of time. Clean and neat apperance will be required. High School required. Minimum 1 year previous banquet captain experience required. |
